Cards @ Reds - Big Series

I wish the Reds fans at the stadium would whine a little more. Hell they were complaining about a slider not called a strike that was a foot off the plate

I'd rather the fans whine than have a team full of princesses.

I'd love to see the Cardinals go play their little games on a nightly basis against teams run by guys like Ozzie, Gardenhire, Leyland, Scoscia, and Girardi.

This must be the attitude you take when you look up at a team for so long in the standings in past years.

Or when our main rival is a team chock full of crybabies. Amazing how much things have changed. I have always hated the Cardinals but respected them until the last two years or so. Now, screw em, I hope they don't strain any vaginal walls tonight.

Shouldn't take much straining of anything to win if the Reds keep playing like this

I forgot. The two World Series the Cards have won in the last 40 plus seasons make them baseball royalty.

All this repressed anger from looking up at the Cardinals all these years. Let it out emain...let it out.

Anf fwiw hat, other that guillen, I doubt any of those managers listed would allow any of their players to let phillips's rant just go by with nothing.

Care to tell me the last time the reds even broke .500?

The Braves won 109 straight division titles. Nobody cares. If St. Louis fans like to pleasure themselves watching their pompous, overrated jackass of a manager show up and be exposed as an imbecile in their yearly playoff beating, have at it. As time moves on, the 2009 Central Division champs are no more relevant than the 2006 Pirates. There are 29 teams who don't matter at the end of every season.

Fine, throw at him and get it over with. Molina's crap only proved Phillips right

Hat doesn't do well with facts that go against his point of view.

You guys are the ones acting as if finishing ahead of bad teams is some medal of honor. I guess that's what having one season of note since Gussie Bush was alive and Whitey Herzog's hair was still blonde will do to you.

And if anyone but Brad Lidge had been on the mound we could all sit here and argue about who will go longer without another Championship
