I don't either. Smart thing to do is get up, get out, and don't look back if you're remotely mad enough to hit or grab something. The only, only, and only exception should be if she has knife or gun and you're trapped and thus forced to save your own life. Any other pretense is the act of a cowardly bully and a rank below garden slugs.

Now, in the cases where men actually try to depart the confrontation only to have the woman block your egress and make a scene where the man will always be considered the aggressor even when it's not true; don't be ashamed to yell for help if in public or phone if at home.

Pickens case as reported is disgusting, petty, and way below the garden slug. Sorry for the rant, I got daughters, granddaughters, and former female high school students who to this day keep in touch to let me know something I said or did made a positive difference in their life. So I consider them my daughters too.

Carl Pickens has always been my second favorite Vol of all time. He almost made me cry when I met him when I was 11, couldn't have been ruder. Still, always rooted for him and loved his play and hate that he may have done this. I could deal with him being a jerk, I can't deal with him being a wife beater or one who mistreats a woman at all. This is disgusting.
