Casey Anthony - The Decision Is In!

It worked properly for what it is though. It is designed to protect you and me and every citizen. People can accuse you of anything. Of course, I do believe that if I were in the same situation, I would have been found guilty because of lack of a vagina.

A killer is on the street and free. Worked fantastically.

I don't see how Casey Anthony "is in Tampa on business" with Caylee for 31 days. Being "babysat" by a nanny Casey never met, there's a smell of dead body in Casey Anthony's car, and was the only woman who had contact with Caylee during the time she was missing. But hey, maybe it was just "Some puerto rican guy"

That proves that she lied most likely; but it doesn't prove that she murdered the kid with premeditation. That was the problem, in my opinion.

How in the world did it work properly? Any resonable person could not possibly think that she didnt have anything to do with her death. And what resonable person would beleive that the kid drowned and they got scared and made it look like a murder? I rank this one right up there with OJ. It seems like everyone in the room knows she was guilty except the retards they had lined up as jurors.

The jury system is what sets America apart. With that said... Here's to hoping someone ends this pathetic slut's life soon.

Because you have to prove that someone is guilty. The prosecution failed. That is our legal system. If you just went on feelings then you'd still have stonings and people burned at the stake. I believe she is guilty.

Thats the way it goes sometimes. If she did it, she will pay for it, but just not on this earth.

I expected the not guilty verdict on murder one, but was floored by the not guilty verdict on aggravated child abuse.

The state never had a cause of death, let alone proof Casey did it...even though a blind man could see she played a role in Caylee's death.

Yeah, but she wasnt even found guilty of second degree.......

I'm not sure there was evidence there to show that she killed the kid at all. There was circumstantial evidence that suggested it, but the defense offered a scenario up that is possible and that the state didn't effectively rebut. There just wasn't enough direct evidence to tie Anthony to actually killing the kid.

With all the evidence against her, the shovel borrowing, etc...please tell something more plausible

Well the rule of thumb is A leads to B, which leads to C, which leads to D and so on to T where the crime was committed.

If there is any gap in that process, then there is reasonable doubt.

That being said, it all depends on the jury's interpretation of 'reasonable'.

Glad to see Florida brought the OJ jury in for this case. I only take solace in the fact that the ***** will get her due, hopefully soon.
