While I agree that theres some hypocrisy going on in here....I still have Muschamp to thank for my favorite gif of all time

musraaage.0_standard_352.0.gif

Holy Crap!!!! I've never seen this GIF before. I would be shocked if Butch ever went psycho on a player.:peace2:

Definitely NOT peas in a pod as some other poster suggested.

Oh, stop.

His players love him.

Butch does verbally go after his players and staff. There was footage they showed during a telecast of him doing it in practice.

They are football coaches. If you are a male in this country and participated in any sport beyond a YMCA level, you have had things said to you that would make a marine drill sergeant blush.

This however is true lol! I had a coach in VA when I was a freshman and had just been moved to varsity that was one of those coaches. He wore my arse out for about two weeks until I got adjusted to a higher level game. My older brother and father thought it was hysterical haha. He was in fact a great coach and tempered the outrage with positive coaching as well when I finally got it right.:peace2:

Hogwash.

Ive seen so many who love butch for it.

Ive seen so many be critical of c. Martin on the basketball forum for being reserved.

If it's your guy, you like it. If it's the other guy, he's a whiny ass.

If he wins, its because of his passion. If you lose, its because he's a hothead.

If the coach is reserved and you win, he's calm under pressure. If you lose, he's too laid back.

Butch and muschamp are peas in the same pod. It's ok

I love to see fire out of a football coach. My only problem with the situation is I have never seen a coach hit with a penalty for yelling at officials in football. My first thought was back to the UF-UT game where Muschamp basically impregnated the officials on the way to the locker room and there was no penalty. That is the true double standard.

How many times have you saw Muschamp on the sideline when he did not look like a rabid baboon who's last banana got hid in a barrel of dildos?

OMG...that's outrageous!! Hahahaha just the visual is enough to give me a hernia

i can't help but laugh at this. all i can do is imagine an actual baboon, pissed off, wandering through a zoo destroying everything in sight.

I swear on my life, if I ever get a pet baboon, I'm going to name him Will...Will Muschamp.

I swear it!

This isn't true. But, it's not the point anyway.

The double standard is that muschamp is a raving lunatic while butch is showing passion and has fire in the belly when exhibiting this behavior

It's not a double standard if it's true.

Siap but heard on 104.5 yesterday that Butch ended up telling the ref "I bet you wouldn't have called that on us if I was Nick Saban."

The ref reportedly started laughing after CBJ calmed down

I heard our wonderful friend Hymns say on the radio this afternoon that they apparently told all coaches at the beginning of this season that they would no longer tolerate this type of behavior from them, and they would get penalized. Up until this year, they pretty much let them get away with it. I guess CBJ didn't get that message. :birgits_giggle:
