CBJ's Offense

Of course everyone would like the next Cam or Tim at QB but mostly what these teams Vols included want is a traditional thrower with enough mobility to have to be accounted for by the defense. If your QB can make it a true 11 on 11 it opens up a lot of things a traditional pro style QB and attack can't. Just one example is it's a bigger risk to play man against a mobile QB because your DB's aren't looking at the line of scimmage and for someone like Connor Shaw it can be an easy 7 yards and a first down conversion. Early on it looks like Dobbs has that ability. I hope so anyway.

So his current bulk worked well for him this season, huh?

I'm just saying....

So if he was just a little more beastly his shoulder COULDN'T sustain a shoulder injury? Is that what you're JUST SAYING...Emmitt Smith was pretty low to the ground and didn't take many direct hits, but still managed to injure his shoulder in much the same fashion during his Cowboys second Super Bowl run...him frail?

Frank Gore 5'9" -2 torn ACLs

Not every short person is. Injury free.

Not every tall person is injury prone.

Hurd is listed at 6'3 and 230 so is probably 6'2 220 which is plenty bulk enough to play as a freshman, plus he is an EE

Exactly. Plus we will be able catch like North. He will be a very capable back that can double as a slot.
