It's the Uncle Rico "Watch Me Throw it Over Those Mountains" sidearm delivery. Vince Young is the last guy I remember doing it regularly and I feel like his mechanics were described as being a bit of a "mess" when he was drafted.

VY's brain was also a bit of a mess. That probably had more to do with his lack of NFL success.

That game is the most "set yourself up for disappointment" thing of all time. There's absolutely no concrete reason to believe a commercial for that game is coming, but everybody is convinced of it. It's bound to be NCAA 14 with a roster update. EA never really changes Madden either.

I figured it would be between the 3rd and 4th quarters.

Two things that stand out. Long runs by Michigan early in the game that they never get, and they have not gotten since. Two, Washington has just seemed a little off all night. Open routes that Penix and the WRs are missing, and a clear open drop on this last drive to stop momentum. Then one turnover that lead to 3 points.
