The SEC teams would crush the other conferences in head to head match ups. They always do and they always will. Michigan, Ohio State, USC, Oregon would never have less than 3 losses each year if they played an SEC schedule. Ohio State and Michigan’s weak schedule is an embarrassment. Don’t get me started on Clemson. Texas and Oklahoma are good but they are basically SEC now.Hate to break it to you… The SEC is not better than the other conferences.
UGA is still the most talented team but the last few bowl seasons and OOC games have proved other conferences have caught up
What’s your rationale? Not saying I agree or disagree. I do know they have two wins over ranked teams and their only two losses are by a FG on the road to two ranked teams. It doesn’t matter that much but Oregon State does not deserve to be ahead of us.
They’ve got two quite bad losses. Washington State and Arizona. Mississippi State beat Arizona and Washington State is clearly pretty bad. Our single stain is Florida. I also think A&M and Kentucky are better wins than anything they haveWhat’s your rationale? Not saying I agree or disagree. Their final two games are against Washington and Oregon, so we’ll have a clearer picture in three weeks. Of course, we can say that about every team in the country. LOL
Bro Clemson is 5-4 and USC is 7-3. They’re not even in the conversation or on the same plane as FSU, OSU, Oregon, etc.The SEC teams would crush the other conferences in head to head match ups. I think the PAC 12 is and has been greatly over valuedIt goes back to the PAC-12 being overvalued at the beginning of the year. Teams like USC, Colorado and Washington State were average teams given too much credit. I think Oregon State is probably in this group as well. That leaves Washington, Oregon and Utah as 3 solid teams. I think Arizona has improved with the QB change.
I can kinda see why they were thought highly of initially, it really surprised me to look back and see they had two 11 win teams and five 10 win teams last yearIt goes back to the PAC-12 being overvalued at the beginning of the year. I’ve got Tennessee winning out, including the SECCG. I’ve got Ole miss beating UGA, then losing to MISs. State. I’ve got Texas losing to TCU, Ive also got Oregon losing to USC and Washington losing to someone. Also Ive got got the winner of the loaded Big 10 side losing to Iowa in the B10CG. I’ve got Tennessee in the playoff as 4 seed. Pretty likely if you ask me.If we win out and win the SEC, and everything else stays consistent, we don't make the playoffs. Other teams that would be potentially in before us:
Michigan
Ohio State
Florida State
Oregon
Washington
Texas
The rankings are setting up to have both Michigan and OSU in, regardless of who wins.
Florida State wins out and wins the ACC, they're in.
Winner of the PAC12 will be in--looking like either Washington or Oregon
Texas wins out and wins Big12, they're in.
I'd still love to win the SEC. But if, by some miracle at this point, we end up winning? We're still not getting into the top 4.
13 is probably a bit right, and if not, does it really matter if we are a place or two closer? It will still be a long way from no. 4.The polls are suffering from SEC fatigue evidenced by GA, Ole Miss and Bama rankings and the love affair with BIG and PAC2
Less per month for the rest of your life. Its a gamble whether you will live a long healthy life or pass on right after you retire. Besides, can't get Medicare until you're 65. Taking SS before your official retirement age ( mine's 66 and 10 months) limits how much you can make in salary per year if working another job. After your official retirement age, it doesn't matter how much extra you make on the side.well....you could if you wanted to. early payout starts at 62
