No. It’s fun and it looks cool. I’ve been to all of those games and one b-ball game at TBA checkering the crowd. If you don’t like it, then just stay quiet about it and let it pass until the following week. Have some fun.

Ole Miss has been ranked #1 in the last decade. Can we say the same? We've been bad too long to have a big ego.

Our record with checker-Neyland is terrible and reflects our abysmal record against top 10 teams the last several years. Checkering for GA would likely get the same result this season.

Otoh we'll likely be only a slight underdog vs a ranked Ole Miss team....Kiffin is back.....we'll maybe get a decent tv time-slot. I'd love to walk out of a checker game with a W for a change.

I wouldn't say it's terrible. It's not good, but it's not terrible.

I think we've done it 4 times. All against very good teams (Florida, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia). We're 1-3 in those four matches. Not horribly pitiful given the tier of competition.

I'm all for it. It is visually stunning, and reflects the crowd energy well. It certainly doesn't hurt our chances. Lads gotta love looking up at it from the field.

OM will be a big recruiting weekend. We may not win it, but will pull better TV time slot w/ Layne return, OM playing well, and hope we're on a 2 game win streak.

Should be 3-1 in those games. That '14 UF team wasn't very good.
