I think think Tenn has the D to hang with the speed and talent of OU, especially against the run. They gave up 141 rush yards to arkansas state. OU's three headed monster could very well get 200-250. If tenn can keep it close early there's a chance. If OU does what they have been doing lately, and putting up big points in the 1st quarter, game is over quick.

Yes we are over our head in the trenches. I would put the improved Worley and the skilled players against Oklahoma any day.

What's over about them? Have you seen his win percentage? Bob is a sure fire hall of famer, guaranteed. Mike is an excellent DC. You should see how the OU D was performing before he came back, and what they've done since then. OU fans are ecstatic to have him back. You'll see saturday.

I'll say this: Oklahoma was supposed to destroy texas last year. Everyone in the country knew it would be Mack Brown's final nail in the coffin. Stoops was going to send out his nemesis with a colossal beat down of epic proportions. And then he failed to do so in dramatic fashion.

Honestly, they haven't been tested this year either and AL didn't play like they cared to win.....so maybe they underestimate us and be caught off guard. I could certainly see us be hyped up and come out strong for the first half. I think that the team with the best halftime adjustments will be the one with the W at the end. One thing for certain though is that we will start to see just who we are after this game.

How do you call them Chokelahoma? They win ten games almost every year, continue to go to the BCS and have recently won 2 BCS games while we were at home watching the damn bowl games. We are just trying to scratch to the Poulan Weedeater Bowl. (that one was for you old folks)

They are a good team, beatable, yes. I think we better wait for next year when they come to Rocky Top.

Indeed, if OU learned anything from that game is to not underestimate a motivated opponent. When you are the favorite every game, teams tend to get up and motivated for you. Hopefully nobody rests on their laurels! I doubt it though, I am pretty sure Tenn will see OU's A game, I hope so at least.

I could see this game going one of two ways. 1) OK playing tight and Vols hanging close for a half, then OK pulling away. 2) OK stomping a mud hole. I tend to think it will be option 1. OK -32, UT -17

I am not sure who "They" are, most think that OU is catching Tennessee in a tough spot, in Norman which is traditionally not an easy place to win. But I will say this, Tennessee will get OU's best game, and Stoops will tell you that. Most of our fanbase are looking forward to a great series, I for one am really looking forward to visiting Knoxville next year.

Nice photoshop, I'd be very surprised if you see anything of the sort. But that did make me look to see when the last time these two got together, two meetings, 1-1 both in Orange Bowls. The last meeting was an OU win in 1967, UT's win was in 1938, its really cool to see these programs facing off.
