Moore is nowhere near as capable as Nico, hence why he's the backup. One thing Josh Heupel has shown himself really adept at, over and over again these past four years, is patterning the game plan and the play selections around what his players are capable of achieveing.
And Josh knows Gaston Moore almost better than his own children.
So between a kick-ass defense, a superb running game, and a QB that Josh can almost play like he's holding nintendo controls, I think we're gonna be fine if Nico has to sit this one out.
Go Vols!
I think he will be playing. Just a gut feeling but I believe Heupel when he said sitting him the rest of the game Saturday was strictly precautionary.Title. Hope he's wrong.
I don't think he needs to be, Yankee.Moore is nowhere near as capable as Nico....
ZERO chance with Moore to beat GA.
There’s always a chance. Gaston extended the lead while at QB vs MSU.Moore is nowhere near as capable as Nico, hence why he's the backup.

MSU is not UGAThere’s always a chance. Gaston extended the lead while at QB vs MSU.
We need Lewis and Sampson to run hard and make critical 1st downs. Kitsleman, Staes, and Davis to block well and make critical catches.
Need Bru to keep making tough catches and we need some big plays from White and Thornton.
Defense will get after Beck. It’s the backup QB I’m worried about.
Gaston isn’t the dual threat that Nico is.Not a whole lot of chance of winning this game without Nico. Georgia can and will tee off on Gaston Moore.
