Chris Low “fully expects” Bryce Young to play vs Tennessee

Reminds me of Tua playing when probably shouldn’t have against LSU in 2019. Hopefully this game and the rest of our season look similar

He almost went in against Texas AM, he was warming up, per their boards.

The good news is, we have a Hendo Cinco to match their Bryce Young. And if you gave me the choice between him or Young, I’d take Hendo on my team all day long.
While I love Hendon, I'd take Young as my starter. He's got that x-factor clutch gene in him. Not saying Hendon doesn't have that, but we really haven't had to see it yet. Maybe Saturday we will.

The game does not mean anything for AL in the Western stats. They can lose and still get to ATL. I think Saban will err on the side of caution if Young is not up to speed by Wed. He won't put him out there

This may limit his mobility as I would not be running the ball out of the pocket.
He will play but not @100%.
I am not sure how long he will last.

Good! I don't want any excuses when we take them to the woodshed!
Don't really care if we have excuses or not...we've had plenty of really bad things happen to us over the years, some self-inflicted...even outside of Mt Cody...and Bama for sure proudly counts that win. However, a less than 100% Young may work in our favor. If we get to him a few times and have to go w/ back up, to me, that's worse than going with second string out of the gate. Young getting more of the reps in game prep?

Young also has a better offensive line, better RBs, and a stouter defense than HH does.

Both are blessed with great WRs.

Young likely plays but I don’t think he will be looking to run the ball. Also not sure he will be accurate on the deep pass.

I’m going to predict Saban knows he’ll play based off the criticism Saban lobbied at jalen today. Saban wouldn’t have been so critical if he knew he’d be the qb again this week. Classic Saban douche-bagness there

Even a Bama beat writer & Finebaum chuckled when quoting Chris Low. The beat writer called Low “Sabans mouthpiece”. Finebaum laughed and said “you’re being kind”

Fat a$$ Low has no credit ability

That is until we lay the wood to him and he goes down hard on that shoulder. Really stupid of Saban and Bama to risk his future. One or two good licks and that shoulder is going to require surgery. Only reason I didn't have surgery coming back too soon is because I didn't need to be able to throw forty-yard forward passes and have a multi-million dollar future in front of me.

Youngs scrambles are sneaky. Looks like a trot not a gallop and before you know it he is 10 yards down field.

Josh Dobbs was that way. Been said ypu didn't realize how fast he was moving until he blew right by you. Worse still, he tended to break tackles if you didn't wrap him up with barbwire.

It’s not hard to be clutch when your line holds every play and if nothing is open you get to run around held defenders. Texas wins if the hold was called on his late run.

What big players? Tillman practiced last week and should play this week, the reason he went ahead with the surgery was to be ready for this game. Every team is banged up at this point but we are healthy for the most part. What other big players are we missing?
Is Mincey back? He has been a contributor

Bro any response like this I just ask that we replace said opponents name with our own players name or kid. Then after doing that would we say the same thing? Not likely. Young is a rival but seems to be a pretty good person.
Well, they knocked out some if Hooker’s teeth last year, and he is definitely a good guy… so..Point being, Bama will not have any moral dilemma about anything they do.. I know, we are better ethically as a fanbase or would like to think so, but the guys are going to play tough
