Cincinnati vs Memphis ESPN 7:30 EST

After some of the garbage I've seen called targeting recently, that is awful.

Seriously, those are the type of hits the rule was put in place for. It was a blatant lunge towards the head area.

What pissed me off were the Memphis fans CHEERING when the targeting call was overturned. wtf Memphis???

Yep.

Also ESPN sending their sideline reporter to the hospital is plain classless, in my opinion. Let the dude and his family be alone with the doctors.

It's OK. She'll probably be looking for the "University of Memphis Hospital" all night; it doesn't exist.

I don't have a problem with it, assuming of course that they're respectful of the family and give them plenty of space (Big if I guess). That kid's condition is the only thing anybody watching the game cares about at this point, and if they don't send a reporter they won't be able to give much of an update. She should be able to get her info from somebody on UC's staff rather than having to pester the family.
