That is the part of the issue. The 14th Amendment has been used and abused and extended into justify all kinds of nonsense outside of what it was originally intended for. The 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments were originally created in Reconstruction to address the crimes and injustices placed on slaves. The original intent was not to be used as a justification to kill the descendants of slaves 100 years later with Roe v Wade. WTF are you talking about?

I'm telling you why TF the 13th-15th amendments were created. Those are facts. Sorry if you don't agree with the facts. But the original intent of the 14th Amendment wasn't to guarantee the right to abortion... that is a reach. it was clearly to make sure that blacks got the same rights that any other American citizen received. Why TF is that so ******* hard for your azz to understand?

Your tone is condescending and unnecessarily hostile. Why is that?

I'm saying that the Roe v Wade decision did not have a racial element in the written opinions. The justices in 1973, had the freedom to interpret the 14th Amendment as written and so they did.

And WTF I'm saying is that they used the 14th Amendment, which was never designed to be for killing babies, as the defense for it. That is WTF I'm saying. I simply pointed out what the ******* origins of the 14th Amendment actually were. I only introduced the racial element in the conversation to educate you on the origins of their flawed/erroneous defense.

And WTF I'm saying is that the WTF Constitution can be WTF interpreted as it is WTF written. The "origins" of a WTF Amendment do not have to be WTF considered.

Oh,
That was more about me messing with Ras than it was about the moron. Ras takes some heat for his positions on issues but I find him to be one of if not the most consistent people posting in politics forum. His views don’t change with the political party. I think he’s rock solid. I like him very much.
Edit: we have disagreements from time to time too. For example he doesn’t like me because I’m Jewish. (Yes that’s a joke too)
