UGA is actually getting bullied in this game and it's kind of awesome. It's a shame UGA gets all the call and no calls. They've slammed 5 guys to the ground, the refs see it and have only called it twice.
Why twice? I have no idea. The last one happened right in front of ref and it happened when the player was out of bounds.
Note that Bowers isn't even playing because he doesn't want to get injured.
Notice that when GT runs the ball, if they can finish by taking out a defender's knee they will and dive towards their knees whenever possible, so the defense has no choice but to give them 2-3 extra yards on any tackle going directly at the RB. UGA can tackle with out fear from the side though.
GT attempts to expose as many UGA weaknesses as possible this game so any other team can do it to them too.
UGA does this and they have a high body count. I believe they took out UT's wide receiver in the end zone last year.
This game isn't over until it's over. GT might be way out of reach winning in the final minutes but if they can take out beck or anyone else, they will.
It's a true hate fest and fun to watch uga be intimidated.
