What matters to Tennessee is that they need to move up a slot or two to host. So they first need to "Beat Vandy" and also have teams above them lose. So it matters.

No it does not matter. Because as of now, we are behind Georgia..... If they lose tonight and win next week, we are still behind Georgia....

If they lose tonight and then lose next week, we will likely be the final host seed.

But as I said, tonight does NOT matter if Georgia wins the SEC next weekend.

I’m a big fan. Here’s why you do it.

Teams on average hit 2pt conversations at about a 50% rate. You have to score two TDs to get back in this. If you get the first two point conversations, you’re playing to win by one rather than tie if you get that 2nd TD and fg later.

Makes no sense - still had to score a TD's and a field goal. I'm assuming they were looking for two more scores to win. But now it may be three scores to win.
