I saw a review for a tipped ball the other day but it may have been an nfl game. If you can review a play where the official screws up and costs you a 12 man penalty then you should be able to review a tipped ball….even now.

I don’t know that it isn’t reviewable. The PI itself isn’t, but the tip should be.
