Easily one of the weakest PI calls I've seen. The ref staring right at the play waves incomplete. Flag came from sideline. Kirby must've had a few hundred dollar handshakes at halftime.

It is odd how they chose to make that call when they did but not the one on Starks on a 3rd and 5 in the 3rd qt. Very similar plays. Also, to not even take a look at a potential tip is questionable. It’s worth a longer review.
