Ohio State fans are melting down too. They seem to think we got off easy compared to Tattoo-gate. They don't seem to remember their head coach covering up violations... That only came to light as part of a federal drug trafficking investigation.

Not surprised given they benefited the most from our downfall and have the most to lose with our return to prominence
This. They essentially hijacked our program from 2010-2020. They got a ton of guys they normally wouldn’t get because of poor leadership decisions.

They are just mad Dabo can’t use it to negatively recruit against us now. If vols get back to winning then Clemson is done.
Part of the reason why I don’t want them in the SEC. I can’t argue with what they’ve accomplished the past 10-15 years, but in the ACC they’ve barely had another team, other than FSU that’s been competitive nationally. The longer they stay in the ACC the further they will fall behind, and they won’t have the recruiting prestige of being in the SEC. I keep seeing people say they want them in the SEC when the ACC falls apart, I would much prefer them in the Big 12. I think Clemson and Miami would be a great fit there.

Take a look over there. Their dislike is beyond hate.

What gets me is they are complaining about the punishments are not effecting Heupel and the current administration. I mean WTF. Danny White and Heupel and his staff had ZERO to do with what happened. They don’t deserve any punishment. I don’t like that they are beeping punished with recruiting restrictions. That’s BS.

It doesn’t work that way. There are tighter recruiting restrictions for walk-ons. Like no official visits and minimal contact from coaches.

Secondly, just because an NIL could cover tuition doesn’t mean that is what a kid would want to spend it on. Other schools would offer an NIL and tuition.

So if you are a 4-5* that doesn’t take any official visits, hasn’t been able to build a relationship with the coaches, and would have to spend some of your NIL money to pay for school, are you really going to pick that school?

The 3* kids aren’t getting NIL before they start performing.
