I voted for Gary Johnson. I’m independent but lean libertarian in several areas. Drugs being a big one. I voted independent in the last four presidential elections.

The biggest area of disagreement would be on abortion, but as I’ve shown my views on this as not religious but based in natural law.

A Tesla shouldn't be utilized as a pursuit vehicle in the first place. Numerous review sites complain that while running hot laps in Teslas, the battery pack will heat up and the car will kick into a "limp home" mode. I imagine a police pursuit would tax the battery pack in a similar fashion.

Yeah...When people today think that science is infallible they seem to fail to understand history. People thought the same sh!t when drilling peoples heads to relive headaches or mania...Post WW2 saw the boom of processed food..look what that has done to people...cigarettes were thought to be healthy at one point, and as recently as the last 30 years "Science" said all fat was bad and made you fat. Just recently a popular blood pressure medication was linked to causing cancer... Too many non critical thinkers in our modern world... .

Not sure any "climate science" predictions..er..I mean "hypothesis"...have even come true in the last 100 years. If you read some of the "scientific" literature of the 50's and 60's the world is already dead, the USA is all under water, billions have died, etc.

My favorite is the scientific "consensus" just like we have now...in the 1970s that the world was rapidly cooling and the inevitable ice age was going to be without mercy. Everyone needed to prepare. Now it's the complete opposite and we are doomed...again.

Should mankind not pollute? Sure. Recycling is great. Keep working hard to make us more efficient, less reliant on nonrenewable resources etc. Great idea.

To propose anything past basic responsible actions while the whole western world freely trades with China is so hypocritical its ridiculous. Look it up. China pollutes in many ways about as much as the US and most of western Europe COMBINED. Something like 2/3 of their waste of some types is dumped directly in the ocean. Picture that. Picture dump trucks full of trash backing up to our ocean and just dumping load after load endlessly of garbage from well over a billion people. It is believed that China underreports their own population by as many people as the entire population of the US...about 300 million people. They actually have about 1.4 Billion people and zero regulation for pollution.

Yet countries freely trade with them for all of their potmetal crappy goods while giving lip service to "climate change" their newest bullcrap moniker.

Meanwhile I see all the libs posting about carbon credits etc...ibread yesterday libs posting on reddit that their prized little antifascista girl...that looks like she missed downs syndrome by a single DNA protein..."wasnt completely carbon neutral because every breath she takes releases 36mg of carbon, and when she skyped with the media the electricity her computer used made 1oox that..." while China dumps millions of tons of crap directly into the environment with zero remorse or plans to change...

Wanna save the environment? Dont fly all your G6 personal jets to Paris every year and talk about it...make a pact among western nations that none of us will trade with China India Malaysia etc until they stop their horrible pollution. Or...bomb them back into the stone age so they cant pollute. Whatever is clever.

But as long as we turn a blind eye to what they do I don't want to hear a single lib crying about whatever we do or dont do here.
