But even after we withdraw from their “for cereals this time” accord and clearly have no intention of supporting reducing emissions around the world... we lead the way, again, and are the undisputed CO2 emissions reduction leader on an absolute basis since 2000. Womp womp.

You're making my point. All Trump had to do was nothing. If Hillary had won and stayed in the Kyoto agreement you'd be singing her praises today for this report. We don't need a Paris Agreement or carbon taxes to reduce CO-2 emissions.

Trump has rolled back all sorts of EPA regulations on coal yet CO-2 continues to go down. Imagine that?

He was being condemned with no proof. Now that we have proof he isnt ending the world he doesnt deserve any credit? Or at least admittance of wrong?

Not as much as you just admitted to Trump doing Nothing but still giving him credit for something. Rolling back coal regulations, something that would increase CO2 emissions , Is a great example of previous policies that are working in spite of Trumps efforts.

If only Trump didn't claim it was a "Hoax" and nobody has been able to point to any policy directly related. You can't have it both ways, try as you may.

Sometimes doing nothing is the right move and staying out of Kyoto is a great example of that

Letting the private sector deal with these things is a huge positive policy. I know it disappoints you that a big gov't program wasn't needed here

I can't think of anything where the benefits would have been greater than the cost but I'm always open to ideas to doing things better. One thing's for sure: it's not a disaster right now so we don't need a huge new gov't program

If you want to point to anything it is those job killing regulations on the coal industry by Obama. Give credit where credit is due.

Not sure if anyone can but you can you point to a policy that has had a negative effect on the environment?
