Guys - it's Vandy.

It is Vandy.

Stop acting like you hate them like a rival. They aren't a rival

I don't know how many times we've lost because

A). I don't care
B) it's not many
C) it's not happening Saturday
But unfortunately...they are probably better than we are right now. They consistently play harder than we do...at least the last three weeks anyway. I hate to say it, but it's true. This being said...I hope I'm wrong and we win by 50. Go VOLS!!!

Finally, someone else not living in the past who speaks the truth. I agree 100%, and I also still hope we stomp a mud hole in Vandy. We won't but I still hope we do.

We might..

Vandy could win 56-0....we could win 56-0. Laugh to keep from crying instead of just crying all the time. There's nothing wrong with keeping a positive outlook. Whether it be a football game or an obstacle you face in life.

Do you still disagree with me?

Yes, I still disagree. I guess we can leave it at that.

It's not a hit on you, Buck. It's been a running joke on here for years.

No worries 7th..imagine growing up there? By the way, it's nice to have a little fun after such a tough season. I have respect for Vanderbilt- it's nice to see them do well...however, I'm fortunate to be a UT alum who attended during Peyton/Tee and our glory years. After watching the program slide off the cliff, I have to say I'm really optimistic about our future. All that being said.. being emotionally brow beaten the last few weeks watching us play; it feels great to be facing vandy as this is an opportunity for us to play a great game and get a little swagger back. Yes we could lose but I refuse to think like that..maybe I'm just ignorant after all I'm a vol fan from bucksnort.. wee gon wup sum azz

I finally come to grips with why I HATE Vandy so much the last few years. It's not the team, it's James Franklin.

This ain't your daddy's or granddaddy's Vandy or Tennessee. They are a rival and have been the best program in our state now for a couple of years, it's sad to say. Furthermore, they are probably going to whip our arse again this week, at least if we don't play drastically better than we have in the last 3 ballgames.

No. They may win, but it will be very close if they do.

But they won't....

7thgroupvolfana, you can be my witness when I beat their azz, poetically.

Actually, I have nothing against 87vol, how bout you Banditvol? jk

The comparative results between the two programs for the last 3 years say different. Wish they didn't but facts are facts.

Yeah we're 2-1 vs them over that period with Dooley as our coach, so ok their a better program. :lolabove: Shut up you Vandy lover. I actually think you'd like it if Vandywere the dominant program in the state. You're probably a Vandy fan in disguise.
