CNN Scum

My biggest concern with CNN is that they have acknowledged direct meetings with the administration where Biden’s staff “encourages” CNN with ideas about how to better “explain” the administration’s policies and efforts.
THAT is some Dr Goebbels level “coordination” there. The official term they used was Gleichschaltung.

So, what Trump did with Fox?

Is CNN giving Biden airtime to call in and discuss issues in the same way Fox did for Trump?

What's good for one has to be good for the other.

There is a difference between inviting a politician in for an interview and actively meeting to strategize on how to report on that politicician. CNN can invite Biden on for interviews every day for all I care. In fact, those would probably be the most entertaining thing on Television 😂.

In 8 years Obama held 115 interviews with news stations in 4 Trump held 50....seems normal for presidents to interview....not gold closed door meetings...with big tech and news

You don't think Trump used his many personal connections to give unfettered access to the WH to the mainstream right and help them craft messaging?

If he did, he wasn’t very effective at it. Fox visibly turned on Trump as the election drew near. Look at the horrid performance of Chris Wallace at the debates and the insane speed at which Fox called Arizona for Biden. It was no secret on the right that Fox was working pretty openly against Trump in late 2020

Not even Fox was willing to wallow in that pigsty at the end save for a few sycophants' that were ride or die (Hannity, Ingram and Carlson).

Hell, even they know he's human trash - they're just in a unique position to profit from kissing his ass in front of idiots who bought his snake oil.

‘What If I Worked Over At CNN?’: Janice Dean Fires Back At Media That Blew Off Her Crusade To Expose Cuomo Scandal

Fox News host and meteorologist Janice Dean fired back on Monday at media and a reported plot to smear her due to vocal criticism of former Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s nursing home scandal.

Recent reports revealed that Cuomo, along with his brother Chris and top-aide Melissa DeRosa, attempted to discredit Dean as a “right-wing commentator” for criticizing Cuomo’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During an appearance on “The Megyn Kelly Show,” host Megyn Kelly asked Dean for her reaction to former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo’s text to DeRosa calling Dean a “Fox News weather b*tch,” and attempting to depict her as “a far-right crazy.” Dean said the alleged discrediting is the media’s “go-to” because she is employed at Fox News.

‘”So let’s go dive into her Twitter feed and all the articles that she’s ever written to try to discredit her because she’s probably a right-wing looney … I think to myself, Megyn, what if I worked at another channel? What if I worked over at CNN and we found out that Tucker Carlson was trying to do research on me and trying to find out who I voted for?”

In the modern World of everyday online blue streak cursing that would make a WWII sailor blush, “scum” just really doesn’t pack the punch it did when I was a kid now does it?

‘CNN Heroes’ Falls Flat with only 422K Viewers for network’s Second-Least Watched Sunday Night Since 1997

CNN enlisted celebrities and musicians to bring relevance to the struggling network for a heavily promoted special on Sunday night that turned into its second-least watched Sunday primetime lineup from 8-11 p.m. since 1997.

The 15th annual "CNN Heroes: All-Star Tribute," hosted by Anderson Cooper and Kelly Ripa, managed only 422,000 viewers and an alarmingly low 42,000 among the advertiser-coveted demographic of adults age 25-54.

The disappointing special shed 55% of its total viewers and 76% of its demo audience compared to last year, despite appearances by "Law and Order" star Christopher Meloni, "Wonder Woman" actress Lynda Carter, "West Side Story" actress Rachel Zegler, musician Josh Groban, "Claws" star Niecy Nash and singer Aloe Blacc.

Who owns CNN? Who calls the shots? CNN isn't a rotten, festering mess on its own, someone steered the ship into the slop and is driving it in circles.

AT&T

Interesting question so I did a quick search. It's incestuous.

The largest shareholder in CNN is The Vanguard Group, with Blackrock Fund Advisors #4. The largest shareholder in Blackrock is the Vanguard Group.

Vanguard & BlackRock are the institutional investors that control the shares outstanding. They can impact the Board, but not really the day to day.

Up until today, I just thought orange man was stupid. After seeing his pickle smooching ass kissers beg him to stop the riots on 1/6 and him ignoring it - now I know definitively that he is "bad" too.
All I see when you post is a septic tank typing...
