Good opportunity for Martin to go out and hire an offensive minded assistant, and hellacious recruiter, take advantage of this opportunity CCM.

The whole writing on the wall thing is garbage. Folks don't leave teams who are given preseason top 20 rankings because the "writing's on the wall." This is the best move for him to get back into actually coaching and potentially get back to a head coaching position. He's still fairly respected in the Carolinas, so if he has success as one of Peterson's top assistants, another Carolina area school might take a chance and offer him a head coaching position. He might also succeed Peterson if Peterson gets hired to a better job. That's how he originally got the Appalachian State job.

Counzo needs to move one of his guys to Fancher's spot and hire Korey McCray to be his ace recruiter. Former head of the Atlanta Celtics. This is critical time for Counzo. He needs a guy that can bring in guys so he is not having to be away from workouts and practice as much. He missed quite a bit recruiting Austin and Robert last off season and in season.
