Today will answer that question

So do we count the previous two years as being a successful rebuild phase of consistent S16s before moving onto the E8/F4/NC rebuild phases or do we start the multi back to back S16 years over?

I still want the never fire group to tell me what the goalposts are for this program moving forward or is it just some S16s every few years good enough? I have asked this question multiple times different ways but get no answer. Again before you people blast me, I’m not saying fire or keep just trying to have a discussion.

Sadly, Todays game was another highly winnable game…

Does everyone understand we were underdogs AND NC State played incredible in the first half. We have such delusional fans that think we’ll win every game. Go back to the USC game threads BEFORE the game. So many predictions that have the LVs winning. Sure we want to win and want to be competitive in every game, but that just shows you that our fan base isn’t realistic and thinks losing should never happen.

Great effort by the LVs today especially in the second half.

SAme thing was said last year smh . A change needs to be its been 5 years , what else do we expect ? A magical change and run to the final 4 next season ? Those wishes and dreams have come and gone . These last 2 years were her best teams possible and we got to the S16 and 2nd round exit smh .

I would hope DW is testing the waters and seeing who is available and what interest. That has to start now if it hasn't already. I'm not sure of a good replacement but we should be testing the temperature of proven coaches.

As for CKH staying she has to improve her high school recruiting. She will also need to kill it in the portal for us to be competitive. The development of players needs to improve. If she wasn't on the hot seat this year she will be next for sure.

I will stand behind DW and his decision but I am very disappointed in the outcome this year.If he decides she should stay then I will be all in and support this team, coaches included.

Sorry but this team at multiple times looked slow and showing low basketball IQ not geting back on defense and taking bad/quick shots … direct result of recruiting and coaching .. and the pregame speech they showed ? Looked like the players were falling asleep during it.… maybe time to go outside the former player pool? Our brand should be able to pull any coach we want in the ladies game

She has had a top round pick in the WBNA's on her team the last four years. This year she had the ACC's Player of the Year and leading scorer, and lottery pick in Rickea Jackson and had 13 losses. The issue isn't talented recruits, it's an inability to coach them.
