Look to social media for your clues on what's coming next. If Danny White doesn't put out a response to any of their basketball tweets, aka a "great fight and proud of you/ season" type tweet (which he does consistently for other teams) then I think that says there's some real movement here. No need to let speculation fly rampant if you're just going to keep her. The next 24 hours will tell the story.

Yep. The talent in WCBB is more spread out than it’s ever been too, which makes a resurgence even tougher.

If/when Kellie gets replaced, it’s unlikely that the new coach inherits a roster with the #2 recruit and all-conference players like Rennia and Rae. And a 6-6 shot blocking presence.

To me, the frustration isn’t in the fact that we lost a game we weren’t supposed to win. I was glad that the team played a strong second half.

The frustration with today is why is the program at a point where we are underdogs to NC State. Ten years ago we would never have considered NC State program to be in the same stratosphere as us. So why are they ahead of us now?

Funny you should mention that. 10 years ago, we were 29-6 with a loss in the sweet 16. Today NC State is 29-6 going to the sweet 16. Teams get better/ worse and have up/ down years. Tennessee fans want to pretend we are stuck in the 90s and teams like Iowa, LSU, South Carolina, Maryland, Notre Dame, Southeen Cal, UCLA, Baylor (I could go on)…… aren’t good.

Yes we would like to be a higher seed. But we lose to a top 9-12 team on the road by 7. It’s not mind blowing.

YO means zero to me, KJH recruited only two high school players prior to NIL. If Big Boosters with money are complaining about recruitment, they need to open their pockets and put cash into the program. KJH has do a good job recruiting the portal, lets hope that at least continues.

Say what you want, but it starts with coaching and recruiting. Two things we are lacking. JMO

20 years of data points tells the story. Kellie is a good person but average coach. Exceptional levels of talent at TN has made her more successful than her average, but she will never be able to rise above it.

Because we've picked the wrong coaches...it's pretty simple.

You’re right that losing this game wasn’t mind blowing. Here’s my issue with everything you just said: Other teams getting better doesn’t mean we should waive the white flag and lower the standard. That’s a sign that we have to get better too in order to match their improvements and not fall further behind.

I agree. Just saying that nothing stays the same or there would be no point in playing games. LVs will get back and be better as well. Just don’t discount other teams that may or may not have been as good in the past.
