Nope, and for those following along, he posted a tweet (AD video) on Lady Vol's summit blue uniforms today... and the video didn't even feature/ or mention the women's basketball team. 🍿

No you conveniently left out the part where you said good for her getting it out. How and when the story got out was the point in question. And Cora has no role in that. Folks are trying to get a hint fm Cora’s timing and motivation. She didn’t have any.

Thing is though... it's not "hot" at all right now. It would have been "hot" in the immediate aftermath of the NC State loss, but not now. A reporter connected to the program, who doesn't normally write clickbait articles about the program, now writes this article and posts it four days after the loss... all while radio silence is maintained by the AD. You can laugh at me again, but I promise you, in the professional world of PR there's more than enough info here to form a logical conclusion.

I’m sure he probably sees this team in a better light than most and truly knows what went on this year on a deeper level than anyone here

I don't think he's scrambling at all. I think he's been well aware of the state of this program since early in the year and I've stated multiple times this year that his personality is one in which he understands the value of the T. He said he came here because of the brand. I actually think he relishes the fact that he can restore this program. We will soon see.

Rickea Jackson did get the most NIL money in Tennessee women's basketball, but probably less than freshmen Aalyah Del Rosio of LSU, who plays 10 minutes a game off of their bench.

I think what the conservatives are forgetting is us "WINNING" were not doing that to any certain extent. If anything were just winning "enough".

I’m not supporting Coach Harper getting the axe this season, but she does need to kick it up a notch or two if she wants to remain longer than next season. That said, were she to go, how about considering who the coach is at Oregon State? I know nothing about that coach other than whomsoever it is, if they can recruit to that place and put together a tournament team and win out of there, with the resources and history UT LVs have, that coach could probably take the LV program to the next level.

Everyone has a boss, including Cora. He/she may have asked her to do the research and write the story. She did her job, and her boss has a job to get clicks/sell papers. I'm not reading too much into it or worrying about it this weekend. Nothing I can do about it either way...so I am just going to be excited that our guys are playing for the program's first ever Final Four. Proud of the team either way, but I really want it for them!
