Vandy and Franklin could come knocking, however I have not seen all of the assistant coaches wives so not sure who he would want..... :)

I think alot of the coaches will be loyal to Butch. After all most of them came here with him right. The only Coach I'd worry about being poached was Thig. They need to do what it takes to keep him if it comes to that.

Coaches move (voluntarily) for money and/or position or if they are just not happy with the situation. (head coach)

A guy will leave for more money at the same job, or he'll leave if the job is better. For example, a position coach is offered a coordinator job.

I don't see any of our guys leaving just for money. Tennessee pays well.

I don't see any of them being sought for coordinator gigs.

They came here to work for CBJ. I'd be surprised if they became disenfranchised this quickly.

So, no. Unless CBJ walks one, they'll stick around.

Yup.

I'd like to see them be pro-active and go ahead and 2x his salary.

While our record might not create a buzz for our assistants, 31 commitments will get a lot of attention. This staff is doing an excellent job of recruiting, and they will be viewed positively based on that. That said, we will up the salaries to keep everyone happy. If we do lose one of the current staff, I wonder if Tee would be an option? Interesting food for thought!!!
