Honestly. I have zero idea.
Most of my close associates that were high up at the Peay have retired.

Even though it was “small potatos”…… knowing who was going to be interviewed and who wasn’t was fun info to have. Miss those days:confused:

I still have one guy that might know. ;)

Have heard Ohio State assistant Brian Hartline is a target for the Cats for this position. Would be interesting if they went that direction.
He also may be in play at Cincinnati too which would make sense.

Rumors also swirling about Cadillac Williams being a candidate for the KY OC job. Would be a great recruiter for them. Friends with Stoops. Has relationship with Eddie Gran who is on UK’s staff. Gran was his position coach back when he played at Auburn. I hope that doesn’t happen, just from the recruiting standpoint. They’ve taken some guys we wanted, ie Barion Brown out of Nashville last year.

I love Phil Fulmer deeply as a Vol Fan..... But putting Dabo in same circle as Fulmer and Carr is an insult.... He has easily surpassed both of them in standing and all time ranks

I was not comparing who is the better coach.

I’m simply stating those two coaches refused to adjust their offenses to modern times and it bit them both in the ass. And Dabo seems to have the same stubborn mindset

Bohannon has a small coaching window. He is a Paul Johnson disciple and followed Paul everywhere until KSU came open for him up the road from GT. He runs the trips at Kennesaw. It's what he knows. He has done well IMO, as KSU was his first ever HC gig, and also KSU's first ever & still only HC when they started football. Ironically, his dad ran pro-style and smash mouth down in Griffin and later in Savannah. Pops was an extremely tyrannical HS coach, but he fielded some good teams and coached some GA legends from the 70's and 80's. Of coarse the talent coming out of Griffin in those days was mind boggling. UT did quite well recruiting Griffin for over a decade. Fred White was the last one I remember.

West Virginia football coach Neal Brown’s career in Morgantown is expected to continue.

The Mountaineers are nearing a deal to hire Wren Baker as AD, and it’s believed Brown will be retained, according to Ross Dellenger.

Why might WVU be hesitant to fire Brown? If he’s cut loose the program owes him a buyout of $16.7 million, according to 247Sports.
