Simply because they kept KY ranked……that keeps 3 teams Tennessee beat ranked. Which doesn’t mean anything…..other than we can say it.

Coaches poll has zero relevancy in the CFP rankings..... Not sure why people pay attention to coaches poll once CFP starts their rankings mid season.

Folks may disagree but I don't think TCU is the team we need to be watching for that 4th spot. I think Texas gets em next week. The team we need to be wary of is Oregon. They're hot and right on our heels. We'd better be really impressive these next 3 games.

Oregon lost by like 40 to Georgia at a “neutral” site.

Their SOS isn’t what Tennessee’s is. By Tennessee starting at #1 they are in a great spot.

After what Florida did to Utah and what Georgia did to Oregon, I don’t see how anyone could rank a 1-loss PAC-12 team over any 1-loss SEC team; much less a team whose only loss was a 14 point road loss to the #1 team in the country. Oregon got beat by 40 on a neutral field
