Coaches Poll - UT to #5

Folks may disagree but I don't think TCU is the team we need to be watching for that 4th spot. I think Texas gets em next week. The team we need to be wary of is Oregon. They're hot and right on our heels. We'd better be really impressive these next 3 games.

A one loss Oregon (PAC 12 champion) team will leapfrog TN. The same with an undefeated TCU (Big 12 champion).

At the end of the day , you gotta win . We are all worried over nothing . There’s so much football left to play right now . Do you all understand how much can change in the next 3-4 weeks ? Lol

Agreed. We “should” finish 11-1 and the win over LSU is looking better all the time. We only control the next three games. Everything else will work itself out…and we’re in a good position even still.

Volnation, not trying to be sappy but I enjoy the conversations around TN football. It’s so enjoyable to be relevant and discuss the “what if” scenarios for post season play. It’s been 21 yrs since we’ve been relevant in November. Whatever happens, I’ve enjoyed this season and don’t want it to end! It’s been so much fun and hopefully we will run the table and end up in the top four!

Now hear me out , lmao, it’s not very possible. But what if , somehow the wildcats beat Georgia 😂😂😂😂😂😂
What is the rest of the story. We really want Georgia to run the table. One less game to play and of course we run the table. KY will not beat GA unless the team has the flu. Give them credit and let them run it.

They should rename this to the Coach’s assistant/errand-boy poll. Does anyone actually think a head coach is gonna spend much time scrutinizing the entire landscape of college football to assess and rank the best 25?
