Cohen likely to cooperate with prosecution

The irony of "Wired Sources" not providing a source for its claim.

How you gonna call something fake news based on a damn tweet?

The story didn't claim Cohen HAD started cooperating with the prosecution, simply that he was likely to do so. That's consistent with not yet having a cooperation agreement on the table. Cohen probably knows what he has in terms of evidence (both on himself and Trump), knows whether he's guilty of the crimes being investigated, and has already expressed to associates that he'd be willing to cooperate to avoid or decrease his jail time.

They did provide a source. The AP

LOL, those are letter designed to look like a source.

Legit sources have links. This may be a legit story, but it certainly appears that you've sht on 'fake news' by citing 'fake news'.

Googling: "BREAKING: Trump attorney Michael Cohen has NOT held discussions with prosecutors about potential cooperation" results in a link back to that twitter post along with a host of retweets from the same.

Is it too much to ask from "wired source" to provide a link to a actual, reputable and otherwise verifiable source?

Reporting on what might happen. That’s hard hitting

Breaking news is typically sourced in that manner.

Yeah well, this "breaking news" was tweeted yesterday at 2:14pm. Crickets since.

Can you find a story that supports this twit?

I just jogged through the comments and see that a healthy handful are asking for links but the vast majority are bouncing off the echo chamber in ignorant glee, an unverified tweet is plenty good enough for them to claim victory.

Again, the irony of you spreading fake news while complaining about fake news is hilarious.

It’s in the ap article from yesterday

Michael Cohen hunts for new lawyers in FBI probe

The person, who wasn’t authorized to discuss the matter and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity, also noted that Cohen has not yet held any discussions with prosecutors about potentially cooperating in the investigation.

She wasn’t charged because her name is Hillary Rodham Clinton. Same reason she wasn’t charged for mishandling of classified information.

And yes Luther we know you’re gonna drop the damn Bush email case on here. So get them charged already!

Btw Luther since you’ve learned a new phrase you like to use all the time (incorrectly a good deal of it I think), gaslighting, you should add whataboutism to your list of knowledge since you do it all the time with the Bush email. Which I never even heard of till you brought it up.
New term? I've been accusing Trump of it since befor he took office.

Gaslighting is a form of manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or in members of a targeted group, hoping to make them question their own memory, perception, and sanity. Using persistent denial, misdirection, contradiction, and lying, it attempts to destabilize the target and delegitimize the target's belief.

No. I rely on VN to give me the updates.

My take....he is certifiably insane. I cannot fathom how anyone can watch that and walk away a Trump supporter.

So basically, nothing new; he's crazy and appears to be getting crazier.

I'm shocked you feel this way.

Anyone watching the Trump press conference that's going on?

Said the IG Report totally exonerated him. WTF is he talking about? It had nothing to do with him and his actions during the election. It was about this Hillary email investigation.
