Colin Kaepernick sits during national anthem

He also got benched for Blaine gabbert for goodness sake.....He was worthy to be a back up QB at around the vet minimum.... that’s not good enough for him and teams don’t want the headache for a back up QB whose best days are behind him.

Kap replaced Gabbert as starter a few weeks later. The 49ers were running Chip Kelley's stupid offense during that time instead of the Harbaugh offense Kap excelled in.

LOL i'm adding understanding how legal proceedings work to your list, giving someone who is causing you publicity issues chump change to go away isnt the same thing as "admitting guilt".
The NFL has ball-busting lawyers that work for them, and they wouldn't settle if they could have won. Kap's settlement means there was collusion against him.

He got a settlement so I think his point was proven. You provide proof there wasn't collusion.
The only thing that was proven was that he was willing to take what they were will to pay for him to stop the action. Both sides won and both sides lost.......to some degree
Unfortunately it's the legal game in America today.

It really doesn't. All it proves is the NFL didn't want the publicity nightmare of drawn out legal proceedings. Corporations settle all the time just to avoid the headaches.

There is no proof there was collusion but there was probably some form of collusion, even if it was just discouragement.

And to the dopes who keep banging this drum that he's not good enough, you have no idea what you're talking about. There are probably 100 QB's in the league and Kap is at least in the top 30.

Maybe at one time .. WAS in the top 30. Al Bundy scored 5 TDs at Polk high one time also ... They are both shoe salesmen now .

The 30th best QB in the league (Kap isn't in the top 30) can't be a distraction or he'll be out of a job. The 31st best can hold a clipboard just as well without causing problems.

Kap had the talent to be a back up, but he had too much ego and baggage for teams to want him. The NFL did not want the bad publicity it was getting over his kneeling. No matter what public opinion is now, it was not popular then. It wasn't collusion. Teams just did not want the headache of someone considered a problem player. As for Kap himself, he was offered chances to play in other leagues but turned them down. If he was so intent on returning to the game, why didn't he jump at any of those chances? It might not have been the NFL, but it was certainly a chance to prove himself a capable player.

32 QB's start, LOL.

He's probably better than a handful of them, but you are right. They didn't want the negative attention from all the sensitive red hats.

There are 32 teams in the NFL. Theoretically, your top 32 QBs are all starters(but it doesn't really work that way). I wouldn't put Kap in the top 30. Probably the top 60, but not the top 30. His starting days were behind him, but he was/is probably a capable back up.

Kap has the big head, or is that just his hair?

You don't know that.
For a fact? No I do not. But you don't know that it was, either. I find it perfectly reasonable that teams did not want the baggage that came with the player. He was not some outstanding talent that made it worth it.
