Maybe a couple years ago, but it’s way harder to play that way under the new guidelines. Harden even had to adapt his game this year, and a rookie won’t get the kind of calls he did.

The thing with young coaches is it’s always a gamble. And if you strike out this program is going right back to the NIT days. Especially with the reemergence of football. It’s so important you get the right hire after Barnes.

Haven’t seen Memphis mentioned with Antoine, they are thought to be the favorites for Kendric.

Well, Jeff Goodman is reporting Oscar has a one-year $2 million NIL deal for him to return. If Kentucky is throwing out THAT kind of cash in NIL, I wouldn’t put it past them to offer Timme something exorbitant to convince him to leave Gonzaga. Anything is possible.

Keon and Springer both made over 2 million this year so it would have to have been significantly more than that when you factor in injury risks etc
