Iowa State could make a case as well. If they win at Houston on the 19th, that's a sweep over one of the current one seeds. Aside from that game, their toughest remaining games are at home, where they are dominant. Their non-conference was trash, so that would be an obstacle to overcome, but they have the opportunities.I’d say Arizona has, by far, the best chance at the last 1 seed right now. They’ve got a much easier schedule than us or Marquette (who still has to play UCONN and Xavier twice and Providence once). Now if UT or Marquette gets hot and goes 7-1 or 8-0 over their final stretch, there may be a good argument over the last 1 seed, but Arizona will likely have to slip up 1-2 times against far inferior teams to fall off the 1 line.
