College Hoops Around The Country [TN opponents, RPI, others]

Games of interest (bolded is who UT should be rooting for)...

Not sure who to root for in WVU/Kansas...

12:00pm Texas vs. Oklahoma
2:00pm Michigan State vs. Northwestern
3:30pm Auburn vs. South Carolina
4:30pm Villanova vs. Xavier
6:00pm West Virginia vs. Kansas
6:00pm TENNESSEE vs. Georgia
7:30pm Texas Tech vs. Baylor
8:00pm Pepperdine vs. Gonzaga
8:15pm North Carolina vs. Louisville

We want Kansas. Especially at home. A road win for WVU would definitely move them past us and I think KU is a little out of our reach in 1/2 territory

I am looking at our rears and not ahead

I was leaning that way but wasn’t sure, appreciate the info.

Take a look and see if I missed any, I added NCST, ISU, MSST and GT games because they are on the edge of quadrants...a couple could go from 2 to 1 and others 3 to 2.

Well there was a stretch I thought I was going to be wrong about Ga Tech being awful but it's clear now they are abysmal. That game isn't even going to be a quadrant 2 win now.

Do we care who wins with Bama at UK? I'm rooting against
Bama since I'm irritated at them for tanking when they don't play us

Root for UK...probably could’ve included that game on my list.

We played UK twice so their SOS gives us more of a boost than Bama, SEC standings Bama is right there with us as well and would hold a tie break...also they’ve been flying up the seed list and likely would be more of a threat to our spot than UK

It wouldn't break my heart if UK wins, but how often do you see them lose 5 straight? I'm loving every bit of it. My hatred for them is more than Bama and Florida football. Plus, they've burned me too many times when I've wanted them to win in the past.
