So, do we have the double bye for the Tournament, or do we still need to win some more?

There are a couple of scenarios with 4 way ties for 2nd. TN might not have it mathematically just yet... but a win by TN or a loss by Arkansas should wrap it up.

I can see AU losing at Arky but not at home against SC.

Maybe not. What about a 4-way tie? There are at least two of those scenarios. If KY is part of it, then probably so since that tie breaker might be the tied teams records versus each other.

Tennessee has clinched a double bye. Even at 0-2, we hold the tiebreaker over 2 of the 4 teams that could theoretically catch us. Worst we can do is 4th in the conference.

Auburn has to lose out and UT win out for Vols to win Reg Season title. Because Auburn beat us head to head, there is no scenario for UT to share the title

If they tie it’s a shared title, they just get the 1 seed.

It’s possible we could still get it even losing our last 2 but we would be at the mercy of others...if we win 1 more game we lock up at least the 2 seed.

people talk about mailing it in for the SECT but I would love just once in my life to see us cut down that net.... which brings us back to wade Houston 😂...... remember that awful team that he took to the finals that year? Other than 1 year I believe Bruce got us to Sunday that was the high water mark of SECT play for the Vols

There are 2 4-way tie scenarios. I think that if that happens the tie breaker is the collective records versus each of the 4 teams.

KY or FL, MS, Ark, & TN

KY (Miss, @ FL)
FL (@ Bama, KY)
Miss State (TN, @ LSU)
Arkansas (Auburn, @ Mizz)
