I disagree. As a governing body, if you agree upon a decorum, those standards must be met and it was agreed that if these standards are not met, the members can vote to expel. The three democrats knew that, still did it and never apologized for breaking that standard. They deserved removal. All three did.

If Gaetz or MTG physically led a mob into an active session and ignored the speaker and Sargent at Arms, they deserve removal.
