If you are into collected editions I have used instocktrades.com for some great deals. They are a little slow to ship but pack it up incredibly well (unlike Amazon that just throws it in a box with a few air pillows and it comes all dinged up).I usually use mycomicshop.com to order comics. Any other online shops you use?
What is Maus?
A couple of comics stores in Knoxville took donations to get copies of it to give to parents that want their kids to read it. Comics Exchange was giving them away for free.Pulitzer winning graphic novel about the Holocaust depicting Jews as mice and Nazis as cats. It’s considered one most important graphic novels of all time.
Made national news this week after McMinn Co School Board banned it due to 8 curse words and cartoon mouse nudity. Nevermind the war atrocities… there was mouse nudity.
Ah. Okay. I do remember hearing something about that now.Pulitzer winning graphic novel about the Holocaust depicting Jews as mice and Nazis as cats. It’s considered one most important graphic novels of all time.

Took a trip down memory lane over the past few days and went through my old comics. Mainly bought comics in the late 80s and early 90s. Have a lot of Batman, Spider-Man/Venom, Wolverine, and image comics. Also have a good number of old Dark Horse Star Wars comics. Been really fun going through them.
Biggest regret is that a long time ago, during one of our many moves to a new house, we tossed my GI Joe comic collection. Scrolling through the old covers online, I had most - if not all - of the first 100 issues. Probably weren’t in pristine condition, but I’d love to go back through and read those stories again.

80s and 90s comics are very hot right now.
Saw a meme pointing out that More time has passed since that era than the begging of the Marvel Age (1961) and then.
I actually thought Y the Last Man was a pretty good read. I tried watching the show and it's not very good.Saw a news story about that. Nirvana Comics. They were also featured on Netflix show Swap Shop.
Good on them to do that.
Also learned a Texas school board had banned V for Vendetta and Y the Last Man in Oct 2021. But cancel culture is just a left wing thing
I haven't picked that one up yet. i need something new. Might give it a try.Any of you reading the Ordinary Gods series? Thinking of picking it up. Series started last summer.
