Company puts disclaimer on Constitution

This is an example how the left feels about our founding documents and our country. Believe me I would not buy anything from this publisher. It's news because we have said for some time now that the left believes the Constitution is not relevant and is meaningless, this further proves that.

Glad to see you are not lumping in millions and millions of people with one guy's views.

Outstanding.

says the guy who calls every tea party member racist

I have repeatedly said that not all of them are. I have repeatedly said that many members of the Tea Party are pure thinking fiscal conservatives. I may disagree with their argument as to the severity of the problem and its effects, and I may disagree with their perception as to the need for certain types of spending, but I overall concur in their thinking that government is wasteful and overspending significantly.

But is is wrong to ignore some of the rhetoric and hatred towards minority groups coming from some of the people who show up at their gatherings.

Doesn't that invalidate the argument you're presenting to Justin? Would it be wrong for him, or Fox, to ignore this kind of stupidity?

No, of course not. It should be pointed out. Inane and extremist rhetoric should always be criticized, whether it comes from the right or the left.

If not clear from the evolution of my posts in this thread, I've come around to your way of thinking. It was not a publicity stunt -- or at least that particular motivation was not the main one for the publisher.

The guy is just a hard core leftist and the notion that little kids need to be taught to have some skepticism when they read the Constitution is nonsense. As they get older, and as they see these issues develop over time for themselves, they will figure it out on their own and decide where they fall on the continuum of strict construction on one end and a lot of flexibility on the other.

On the flip side, I don't agree that this means that all Democrats, "libs," or people left of center subscribe to the view that the Constitution is flawed, which seems to be what several posters want to manipulate this into.

The only thing dumber than LGs assertion that this is some kind of publicity stunt is the fact that some are apparently using this as evidence of some kind of liberal hatred of this country.

This with everything else that comes from the left, how much more evidence do you need?

I will be out there on the 21-26 of July. All disagreements aside, I would like to take your money in poker one day.

So wait a minute, LG is going to be drunk and playing nickel slots while the rest of us are celebrating freedom. Sounds like a treasonous liberal to me. Justin, throw on a hood and bring some rope, we gots some hangings to do

There is one member of Congress has been a member of the Klan, care to guess who he is? The only ones who ever discuss race are those of you on the left, we never even bring it up.

Not response worthy.

If someone doesn't feel the way you do on any given issue the automatically become a raging far left liberal. Why do you resort to such tactics? All it really does is show a glaring inability to reason and produce rational thought. Don't bother replying you will only reinforce my statement and opinion.
