Thanks everyone. But you know what? Today is the first day of "next year."
Hell LG, get yourself a personalized tag for your ride and live off this victory for uh, I don't know 10 years, maybe?

I am glad the SEC won but to be honest it's growing harder to see the congratulations Gators post on here especially when we had them in our grips at Neyland.

Word is Eddie George wanted to know the actual size of the cleats on the Florida Gators players. Eddie belives they were 1 inch instead of 1/2 inch.

My dad and I STILL laugh about that one. I believe it was actually 1/16 of an inch longer.

Well, I may not have nailed the final score - I was a FL field goal away. Money line hit huge and I even sweetened it up at the last minute before kickoff with a line wager. Hit the man hard.

Anyone have recommendations on a 50" plasma HD? Thanks to the gators I'll be doing some electronics shopping.

Congrats to them - the only thing that made the game sweet for me was knowing I'll be going to the bank tonight.

Wow how much did you score?

The lizards played like a team possessed last night- on both sides of the ball. It was quite entertaining to see Heisman-boy running for his life the whole game :)

Congrats. Way to show off that SEC swagger!

Congrats to the Gator Nation. Thanks for repping our conference with style! Urban, Chris, and the defense gave the Buckeyes a good southern "behind the woodshed" whipping.

I think both Meyer and Leak were somewhat vindicated in this game. Leak did not have to throw downfield, but he made smart decisions when things weren't open and he executed the game plan given to him very well.

Meyer is going to be on the short list for some NFL jobs, I am sure. I know its inevitable that the offers come in and he'll surely go eventually, but I hope he takes some time to enjoy being the coach at UF. He can really build on this, I believe.

In the meantime, I have got to be a little critical of OSU. You have 51 days to get ready, 40 to get ready specifically for Florida, and you don't figure out that you have to blitz and pressure Leak? I mean come on. Everyone here would have brought 7 guys a down, not three.

I think they were arrogant enough to believe they could pressure him with the front four. The real problem was that Florida actually game planned for blitzes off the corner. You could see that in the play calling.

I mentioned that earlier. I'm not convinced that the OSU coaches looked at much film on Leak based on their D gameplan. He's a very good QB when he's not scared of being hit.

I have always said that he was a great recruiter. Meyer is a great recruiter AND a great game day coach. Meyer is a winner.

Congrats to the Gators, way to represent the SEC, and expose the little 10.

I don't think Meyer and Leak look at it like vindication - or at least they shouldn't. They were great - just didn't get the needed love from ESPN/ABC. Bottomline on everything these days is media hype.

This game was another case of media hype and frenzy. Based on numbers FL was clearly the better team going into the game, and numbers don't lie. I love it that the h-trophy got another black eye. Even the announcers (our own Charles Davis) were questioning Troy Smith getting the trophy - loved it!

All the OSU people on here (the ones that put the lowercase t infront of OSU) that preached about how great they were need to take this as a lesson. Don't believe what ESPN tells you. The only decent team OSU played all year held them under 100 yds total offense, gave the h-trophy winner the lowest QB rating in BCS game history, and ran up and down field like a track meet on offense.
