Congress Criminal Referral Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Strzok, and Page to DOJ

You redhats needed the Russians to do what they did. You can't justify your choice of a man that would not inform our government if a foreign power wanted to attack our democracy. There is no pedestal for that conduct.

I seem to recall that Hiliary through the DNC laundered by Fusion GPS hired a British spy/ex-spy to interview Russian nationals/spies to dig up dirt on Trump. I also seem to remember that a clown named Obama was president and had multiple intelligence agencies working for him, and it seems a lot like he and all those intelligence agencies were charged overall with our security. Now if you really think Trump knew so much more about the "threat", then I guess we hired the right guy.

Listening to dirt on ones opponent is not an attack on our democracy lol
So why all the denials?

Attack our democracy? You mean offer information about a candidate?

When did this happen? There is indisputable fact that one of the two candidates in 2016 took “paid for” Russian dirt on a candidate. That is irrefutable.

This is the beginning of the chain that you interjected yourself. It happened in the 2016 Election from the Trump Campaign. What you stated is not even in the same ballpark no matter how much you want to make the comparison.

Yes. The Trump dosier was from Russia via the Brits.

Why is this so hard...Repeat after me...The FBI’s investigation originated with George Papadopoulos, not Christopher Steele

--From the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Report on Russian
Active Measures:

{U) Finding #17: lhe Federal Bureau of Investigation
opened an enterprise counterintelligence
investigation into the Trump
campaign after receiving information related
to Trump campaign foreign policy advisor
George Papadopoulos
. (Page 47)

If that doesn't suffice or maybe you're too lazy to read the doc --lotsa reporting on this:

"But the memo doesn’t just fail to discredit the investigation into the Trump campaign — it actually confirms its validity. The core of the GOP’s argument against the Mueller probe has been that it was based on unsubstantiated allegations gathered by a Clinton operative. "

". A closer read presents a far more nuanced picture ... the memo confirms the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign began in July 2016, months before the surveillance warrant was sought, and was “triggered” by information concerning campaign aide George Papadopoulos."

Why's it so hard for you guys to understand? Ya'll are crucifying Trump for his quote about whether he would accept oppo research from foreigners. Mick claimed it had never been done. I pointed out it had.

Here's what I responded to:

It's cute you are either so naive or partisan hack that you think Trump is the only person to ever run for any office in our country's history to take dirt on his opponent.
From Russia, Yes. Can you refute it?

Any more questions? Or another wall of text to distract from the point made?

Uh...Rice gave a stand down order about the Ruskies. Wonder who authorized her to do so? It’s sure as hell wasnt Trump.

What was the origin of the Steele report? Anyone?-- The Washington Free Beacon, ( I believe some of you guys reference them) a conservative website funded by a major Republican donor, first hired the research firm that months later produced for Democrats the salacious dossier describing ties between Donald J. Trump and the Russian government, the website said on Friday.

..... The firewall was reportedly so effective that even campaign principals John Podesta and Robby Mook did not know that Steele was on the Democratic payroll until Mother Jones reported on the issue on October 31, 2016. ...
...When the Mother Jones story broke, John Podesta, chairman of the Clinton campaign, said he was "stunned by the news that the FBI had launched a full-blown investigation into Trump, especially one that was informed by research underwritten by the Clinton campaign." Although they knew that Perkins Coie had spent money for opposition research, neither Podesta nor campaign manager Robby Mook knew that Steele was on the Democratic payroll. Mayer said they both maintain they "didn't read the dossier until BuzzFeed posted it online.
...Mayer has also stated that "the Clinton campaign never learned that Christopher Steele was on their payroll until it [the dossier] was in the press ....
... Far from a secret campaign weapon, Steele turned out to be a secret kept from the campaign.

Takeaway: Hillary was a horrible candidate and ran a worse campaign... and now we are stuck with Cheeto Benito

I went with the wall of text....

So the DNC didn’t pay for and use Russian information prior to the election against a candidate and it hasn’t been used since 2016 to influence anything at all. Got it. What info did Trump receive at the famous meeting in Trump Tower?

Your first sentence isn't correct. It has come out and been posted either in this thread or the Mueller thread that it all started 2 weeks before supposedly starting with Papadopoulos.

Who paid Christopher Steele? When did Fusion GPS become involved? Was it before or after the “republicans” started the opposition research into Trump. Who paid Fusion GPS for the info? Who were Steele’s sources?

Hope they do it again and more of it in 2020 then double down in 2024.
