Just doing my regular PSA in here:

Blue balls is the slang term for epididymal hypertension. It refers to aching or painful testicles, which some people may experience after sexual arousal that does not result in orgasm.
This symptom occurs because blood builds up in the testicles during arousal, causing them to ache if the person remains aroused for too long. Although blue balls may be uncomfortable, it does not usually last long.

I read that. I also read this which is most likely the ******** reasoning they said it if it’s true.
But one of the key factors leading to the DOJ declining to prosecute apparently was the fact that the two memos were labeled “confidential” after he set in motion the chain of events that led to them ending up with the press.

The implication is the classified headings were applied after document creation which in and of itself is procedurally incorrect. Is it criminal? Don’t know.

I also read in the article that he still asserts ownership on the memos as private documents which has been flat out rejected by the DOJ. I seem to remember also reading today them seizing the memos as well as additional classified data he generated after his termination.

Comey may skate on the memos based on the technicality labeled above if it’s proven and if they cannot get ahold of the originals (which I’m guessing Richman has already digested and passed) however I’d guess he’s far from out of the woods just yet.

I wonder how Andy McCabe is doing? 🤔
