Seems like the “admission” is based on the paragraph that says the committee will “continue” making redactions.

In the preceding paragraph he says the redaction in question was made by the executive branch.

Idk about “desperate,” since the CIA said the name didn’t need to be redacted. “Blatantly misleading headline” I can agree with.
