You're trying too hard. The one constant applause line at every Trump campaign stop in 2016 was "Who's gonna pay for the wall? MEXICO!" If you look at it in perspective to the the workers inbthe picture. it's about 10 feet deep and 40 feet high. It certainly would impede all attempts and stop most.
