I doubt they want anyone putting out too much information including Doug Matthews or the guy with a weird handle quoted on the Basillo show. How in the world would they know Mays medical situation if the family wanted to keep it close to the vest? Price wouldn't have even made the comment that he could play in the AP game and that they are saving him from Florida if the parents didn't want him to do. But he did, which tells me a lot of you would rather freak out over unsubstantiated rumors from people outside of the families and universities circle instead of taking people in the know at face value.

Right. Price is as professional as it gets. Im convinced Doug Matthews gets his info from Facility Maintenance, and i stopped listening to Basillio many moons ago.

There’s really no reason to play him, honestly, but either they are being purposely veiled or some of you “insiders” are not insiders at all. Especially those claiming to know the family and acting like he’s going to be out a long time.

Mays family can ask it not to be disclosed and that’s the end of it for AP. Doesn’t mean the team and staffers don’t know the situations. People do have sources on the staff or close to the staff. Leaks still happen.

Interesting that we hear all summer from the “media” that the most “valuable” player outside of Milton was Cooper Mays. Now he’s out all camp, etc.

Did these people know something from the start? I’m beginning to think so. Very ironic
