Meh, I used to get my sausage from a place in Littlelot, right outside of Centerville. Matter of fact, I think they start killing hogs around this time for sausage... or maybe around November for sure.

Not a brand, they just sold it outside this shed on their farm. We would line up at around 6:00 in the morning on weekends. While in line, they would give out samples of the sausage to people waiting in line.

I'm not sure if they are doing it anymore because I haven't been there in years.
