Yep. Not many, as I was good at talking my way out of trouble.Just out of curiosity, how many posters on here have been on the receiving end of a school spanking? I got one in high school in 1974 for fighting.
I don't trust them anymore because they most likely don't spank their own kids. When I was coming through school, the paddle, and I'm talking 2 ft long double handed grip lift you off your feet paddle, was applied by teachers that had their own kids at home. Teachers wouldn't know how to even lift a paddle now.It happened when I was in elementary school… I don’t know, personally I don’t trust strangers to make the appropriate determination/usage.
I felt sorry for a couple of friends of mine whose Moms were teachers. They were rougher on them than the rest of us.I don't trust them anymore because they most likely don't spank their own kids. There was a certain contingent of my middle school friends that were in weekly to see Mr Ton and get tuned up. The screaming thing is funny.I got a paddling in 8th grade along with two other guys. When the teacher went to get another one to be the witness we decided to scream every time we got popped. I was the first to go and had to bend over and put my hands flat in a chair…. Then pop! Aghhhhh!…pop!!….. ahhhhhhh!!….pop!!! Aghhhhhh!!. I walked back across the hall into class and everyone was laughing and then I heard the next guy…. I remember being amazed by how loud the paddle was and then his exaggerated screams…. It was funny. About 7-8 years ago my nephew had an engagement party so all of my family was there along with his fiancée’s…. I walked in the kitchen and there was the teacher that paddled me…..she was the fiancée’s mother….. she said “Carl Pickens… I remember you…. screaming when I paddled you”
