I wish the Ga Tech game wasn't in Athens.
I grew up in Georgia going to tech games, so I have followed that rivalry pretty closely. Since 2000 the yellow jackets have won five times, all have been in Athens. Haynes King is a problem when he plays well.

I don't think we are going to know how this plays out until after the conference championship games.

No doubt we should move up at least into a playoff slot this week due to the Ole Miss loss. IU, if they drop them like they have others with a blowout loss, should really drop 7 to 8 slots, but I don't think they will do that just because I do believe they are protecting the B1G.

But we need to concentrate on beating Vandy and let everything else fall into place.

I would like for us to host - but it will take a lot of chaos to get us into position for that to happen.

I sincerely doubt we are gonna end up hosting a game this year, but I sure as hell wouldn't mind facing Miami in round 1.
Yea…the first 4 seeds are Big 10 Champ, SEC Champ, Probably ACC Champ and Probably Boise State. The Big 12 Champ will probably be the 12 seed.
The 5-8 slots are probably Ohio State, Penn State, Notre Dame and Georgia…cause Bama is getting beat tonight!

We might be playing on the road at Penn State or Notre Dame.

Penn State is in a good spot to not make their championship game and still host in the 1st round. Ohio State and Oregon are interchangeable in the bye/host slots depending on who wins that Championship game.

Georgia vs Texas in the SEC Championship game could drop one of them to being a road team in round 1.

Bama missing out on these playoffs will be fantastic. Glad we got to be one of their loses to send them to the Citrus Bowl. I dont see them coming back from down 24-3.

Georgia Tech made a huge mistake when they withdrew from the SEC back in the 60s. Their athletic programs really took a hit. The thought they would dominate the ACC , but they were wrong.y
