I think that it will depend on who’s on the floor. If there are a lot of upperclassmen in the game he’ll save his TOs. But with ZZ, Santi, JJJ, Knecht, and Mashack he’ll let them play through the bad spells.

You didn't mention Aidoo, Awaka, Gainey or Dillione V. Mashack may actually be our best PG, considering how quickly he initiates the offense. Raftery commented on it today

Raftery makes me want to self-harm. There were times today where I was certain he was just grunting incoherent babble for the sake of making noise on air.

Gainey choked a bit instead of closing it out strong today. But at least he made that 2nd free throw which was under a lot of pressure after missing the first.

Dilione isn’t experienced. Awaka and Aidoo aren’t who I would look to to execute offensively late in a high pressure, tight game. If Tobe, Aidoo, Dilione, and Gainey are on the floor then CRB reluctantly burns a TO. At least early season Gainey. Late in the year he might be really solid in those situations. He’s not SEC/P-6 experienced yet. Nearly losing the game game today probably helps Gainey in the long run.
