Country music thread

Dallas, you try so hard to be like Me and Bill and then you go and put used jeans on FB Marketplace.

I'll buy you a beer once we're allowed to have live music again

The funny thing is I haven't owned cowboy boots since I was maybe 12 years old. Have no desire to buy any in the foreseeable future. Same for a cowboy hat. And cowboy fit jeans might as well be skinny jeans anyway. Give me relaxed fit any day. I'll wear chucks before I wind up in cowboy boots.

Know what Aaron Watson says, there’s a difference between tight fittin jeans and skinny jeans haha. Yeah, I prefer relaxed too.

I always wear boots, they are the best from a comfort standpoint. I've got a few resistol hats that more or less live in the closet, had them for years and do like em, but they're really not functional in any way.

I’m a Frye boots guy myself. Bought a pair a year or so ago and haven’t ever gone back.

My roommate laughs because he has a pair of cowboy boots he wears if he’s going to a country concert or a country bar type thing. He doesn’t fit the mold to wear cowboy stuff at all. He even has one or two pearl snap shirts. He’s shocked I don’t wear them daily, and especially that I don’t even a pair.

Just saw footage from a Justin Moore show in Texas. I miss actual live shows. May have to travel out of state for my next one.

I still don’t like Toby Keith and don’t know how many of y’all are golfers, but no chorus written has ever described any aspect of my life better

“An old soul in a young man. Born and raised in the hills of Eastern Kentucky, Clarke Sexton has been making music throughout the entirety of his life. At 18, he decided to take on Nashville, and now at 23 is pushing music forward while staying in tune with that classic influence everyone wants to hear. With a backbone sound of Waylon Jennings and raw, real lyrics in the vein of Tyler Childers and Cody Jinks, Clarke is known for tapping into and stirring the emotions of those listening. Whether it be creating music solo or collaborating with other artists, Clarke is constantly working on his sound and creative soul.”
